Would enter sub-zero for support and quality if available. it is the lousiest piece of crap I've seen.

We've had many different rv units, none with the
bad quality of of this Cardinal, which we thought was a top of the line unit. Too many issues to mention, but WORST is using interior drywall screws to attach the slide out rubbers that keeps water out. As they deteriorated, rusted and pulled away, unknown to us until inside paneling stated falling apart. Cant believe a company would be that stupid. SO IF IN THE MARKET FOR AN RV, RECOMMEND AVOIDING FOREST RIVER.

Multiple warranty issues and shoddy quality repairs. The worst part, after two year, the siding is eliminating. When I contacted Forest River I was told it was potential a upper frame issue and the warranty was on one year and they have no Financial obligation to repair.

Pulled new trailer from dealer to campground opened it up the closet doors and frame mount fell into bed. Used it for work in ny during winter. The suburban heater circuit board blew up and double door refer broke soon after. Now slider scraper seals ripped off over dinette slide and side delamination and water damage in three places of camper. Cable on bedroom slide snapped off. Never mind the water leaks in plastic bypass fittings in basement from factory that was overtighten. Between my wife and i we have had a wilderness, coleman ,shasta, keystone trailers all good. i work on this p.o.s. more than i camp. Changed awning motor this pass weekend. looked for 5 years for this floor plan. I wouldnt call forest river a camping experience. More like back to trade school because you better be good with the tools.

Our rv is a beautiful piece of trash. Since purchase we have spent thousands trying to repair factory problems. Our slide out seal needed help and they told us there's nothing to attach it to. The entire wall is untreated cheap plywood instead of aluminum .that's just the latest problem....

Bought this new Dec. 2012 and now seals on all slides coming off with walls separating. No sealant or caulk on four slides. Running into difficulty with getting factory to fix. Bids coming in more than it's worth and dealers won't touch it due to damage....

Have had quite a few problems over the 3 years that we were nearly full timers, but most were dealt with competently by a variety of service people. Forest River has been very responsive re. warranty work and our other questions. Biggest "oops" was finding that our bedroom slide-out was not caulked during manufacture. A FR dealer found this and fixed it. We had some fresh water leaking problems due to lax QC at the factory, but we're heard that QC is an industry-wide problem.

We bought our RV brand new and have seal failure on our slides twice - awaiting second repair. Walls will be torn out again. We are now noticing de lamination on exterior walls. Although we love the RV we have had nothing but problems and slow to fix by Forest River and dealer....
