Bought this trailer brand new. What a big mistake. In the first year we had to replace the main door, the regulator 4 times, the toilet twice. The shower leaked and it still leaked. Our bedroom floor would even be wet sometimes. That was never fixed until I decided to tear the rug off the wall. The pump was loose. Bought this from Tacoma RV. My husband was working so my dad went up with me. Tacoma RV treated me like a dummy because I’m a woman. They told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. They said I needed to do maintenance on the roof. I said the floor gets wet even when it doesn’t rain. I will never go there again. I even called Keystone and because it was a year old there was nothing they could do.

Sold the TT to a buyer from Ohio. Loved the Outback and will miss it. We really never had any serious issues, just newbie issues :) My next purchase is going to be a Jayco toy hauler only because Keystone doesn't have the set up I like or I'd definitely but another Keystone....

We love the floor plan. Only two things we do not like is dinner is to large and vanity counter is to small. Love the bed room and closet. Great for long stays. Our 6th and so far the best. We had two fifth wheels and it is roomy with head space like them....

Big mistake, will never buy any thing built by keystone again. You must repair daily if used. This unit was only built to look good and be sold, after that EVERYTHING starts falling apart, doors, lights, shades, bearings, stove tv,you name it....

We just bought this camper in Oct. We have been out twice in it so far and love it. A few negatives for us is that the door flies open with a lot of force when you try to open it and we can't seem to get it adjusted right, we would have liked a bigger refrigerator and the outside storage areas are narrow. You can still store in the outside areas but we would have liked it to be a little wider. We are new to camping and looked at many campers before seeing this floorplan. The bedroom is a very nice size with great closet and drawer space. We have the Outback Anniversary Edition. The quality, craftsmanship and floorplan is what sold us. We love our camper!
