We moved into our 38' RV after Hurricane Michael hit. A lot of people told us, "you really have to love your spouse when you're in that tight space RV". Really? We never felt cramped, never. We had 3 slide out, 2 bathrooms, a reclining loveseat, an office space on the dash with my work computer (I worked from home), another computer on the table, a convection oven, 4 burner stove, a washer/dryer combo, 2 cats and an abundant amount of storage - bothbinside and out. It was like living in a "tiny house". Everything had its place and everything was put in its place after using that item. We would tow a 14' enclosed trailer with a motorcycle in it everywhere we went. It was a smooth ride. The 2 A/C's kept us so cool in the summer and we only used 1 portable small heater that kept us very warm, sometimes too warm in the winter. It was well insulated.

It may sound crazy because I am selling mine, but I really can't believe you could get a better coach. We had an unexpected giant expense (IRS) otherwise this baby would not be on the market. There is nothing I would change about the coach. period....

We bought this RV brand new when we retired have been loving it...we are snowbirds and have spent acouple years on the road. Livability is very excellent the electronics are all tied together work great. Fleetwood for the first two years took care of all the problems yes it's a pain driving over to there but they were willing to fix everything.... just like buying a car there's lemons in everything mechanical... It's not a Prevost but then again it's only a hundred thousand not five hundred thousand. Most of the people that have problems with their motorhomes aren't handy at fixing anything, and that really helps. The maintenance has to be fun to do. Hope this helps good luck...

Love the layout, but had countless warranty issues that Fleetwoood would not fix. Rust, cabinet door that fell off in pieces - dealer glued back together, genset wiring, faulty, water damage due to faulty refrigerator drain, chassis air condition that Ford would not repair due to Fleetwood modifications, vacuum toilet needed rebuild. to sum up my experience with Fleetwood - they do not stand behind their product. I'm not happy but I keep fixing it maybe one day I'll get all the bugs out.
