DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME alpine haus AMSTERDAM NY it is the worst place to deal with.We payed to stored our trailer there a they damaged it upon taking it out.3 years and it's still not fixed properly.Edward and Dominic Cox at Alpin haus service dept are liars and crooks.they will do the bare minimum in hopes you drive away and not notice the terrible workmanship.Alpine haus ripped my trailer apart 5 times each time making our trailer worse than it was before..As of 11/12/19 Edward called and said it's all set you are going to love it I inspected it myself Edward Cox said. When I looked at my trailer I was in horror.not only was the J-wrap a different color the J-wrap wasn't even attached,it wasn't trimmed properly it was just thrown on the seems were going the wrong way.tjey also took it upon themselves to make alterations to our trailer that were not factory(looked like crap).when we confronted Edward and Dominic Cox at Alpin haus service Dept.we were told its to bad this is what you get, were not doing any more it's to sucks for you .Now our trailer looks like it was built with random parts and pieces. We are Beyond Devastated.

I bought my travel trailer about a year ago. This was my very first one. I wasn't to sure about how it would be on the road. It pulls down the road like a champ. Never had any issues with it. I love the space it has from front to back. I would recommend Keystone to anyone who wants to purchase an RV.... read more

I love this RV. It's a beautiful RV. Being a 27 ft travel trailer, it handles the road perfectly. It has a sway bar that makes it handle the road with ease. Everything works great on this RV. There's nothing like a RV where you can just back up, hook up and take off.... read more

The Keystone Hideout 22FQSWE is a very comfortable trailer for 2 adults or a family with a couple of small children. It tows easily and is just the right size for campgrounds. For a trailer of its size, it has tremendous storage. The 2 full size closets, pantry and bedroom wardrobes give you lots of interior space. The downside is the lack of drawer space. The kitchen has 3 small drawers. The bathroom is a decent size and has a large bathtub and under sink storage space. Having the sofa instead of dinette is great for comfortable seating. The folding table is handy to have when you need it but stores under the bed when you don't. The sofa jack-knives into a bed which would sleep a couple of kids no problem but really only 1 adult comfortably. The only outdoor storage is a pass through bay behind the hitch. It is large though and has capacity for all your hoses, cords, bbqs, chairs, etc. This is a great little trailer and I would highly recommend it.
