We have really enjoyed this med/upper fifth wheel due to all the up-grades that it offers. We tow with a 2005 chev. 2500HD 6.0 litre gas which is a good match but would not want any heavier RV. We like the inside finishings which surprises many guests. We also like the separate toilet. This unit really tows well on the open road in winds. We have owned since new. Only two minor issues (1) during travel we put foam strip in sliding door pocket to prevent jumping out of track on rough roads (2) carry extra fuses for front jacks due to putting up to high when getting ready to travel. Put tape on to show limit. Grey front fade-- resolved with paint wrap and new Greystone logo for front. All in all we are very happy with our Greystone. We are having a difficult time finding a replacement in same size with current options versus price.

Not happy. HEartland does not back anything. They cast blame on manufactures of who they buy through. Numerous problems with furniture falling apart, mattress springs popping through, cable doesn't work, holding tank valves leak by, skylight cracked after one year, roof leaked, shower door doesn't close all the way, no urethane coating on gel coat, weathered and oxidized after two years. I'm stuck with this 64k POS. There is no pride in workmanship or QA.

Very comfortable once we changed the recliners to La-Z-Boys. The mattress is the most comfortable we've ever had. The larger water heater and air conditioner are worth every penny we put into them. It pulls exceptionally well and is easy to park and set-up....
