We have really enjoyed the trailer.
It has an excellent floor plan and presents itself as a very nice looking unit inside and out, comfortable bedroom, good shower space, easy to set up with power jack and levelers, easy to use propane BBQ, nice hide-a-bed, comfortable chairs, good visibility. The AC is adequate in temperatures up to about 100 but louder that we like. No problem towing it with my F150. Storage inside the trailer is very good but we would have liked a little more underneath storage.
If I were manufacturing the unit I was insure the components of the trailer had better quality. We have replaced the following while only using the trailer about three times a year: Toilet, shower head and parts holding it in place, the microwave, kitchen facet, power jack, wall panels came undone, curtains came out of the walls, tires blew with less than 500 miles on the trailer, propane tank was defective, mattress required upgrading. Yet even when these 'negatives" since we fixed on upgraded the parts it is a much nicer unit than 80 -90 % of the trailers of the same general size.

We sealed it yearly and waterproof for the winter. We notice we had moisture in the back wall where the bathroom. We found out that manufacture only cover there quality work for one year. I called the manufacturer and haven't heard anything.
