This RV is very much luxury. From the exterior paint to the central Vacuum to the dishwasher. There isn't much this coach doesn't have to make you feel at home. Three 15000 a/c’s available but I’ve never needed more than two. The basement fridge/freezer is so nice to have all the meat or fish stored for great meals. The dishwasher cleans very well and the heated bathroom floors are wonderful. The pocket doors are terrific for finding your own privacy. The coastal cherry wood throughout is gorgeous. This Spartan chassis is wonderful for getting in to those tight spots. You can literally put a dime out your front door and turn a tight circle, open your door and there it is. The best handling RV we’ve ever owned. Tons of storage inside and in the basement. The Radiator on the side gives peace of mind. The warranty had expired but didn’t use it when it was in force.

We had searched for several months when we bought the 2008 Mountain Aire. The primary features that drove our decision were a livable floor plan with a living room tv (not a front overhead unit), 4 storage trays in the basement, sofa hidden Queen bed for guests, strong engine(450hp) and Comfort Drive. The mid-bath floor plan with dual vanity was a delight. We installed an LG residential refrigerator making the unit very livable for extended trips. It has been an exceptional coach. Over about 17 years we have owned 4 motor homes and the Newmar has been the best. The Oasis Hydronic System provides even heat and immediate hot water, with two 1200 watt anodes it operates on electric as well as it does on diesel. The 2000 watt inverter handles the demands of the whole coach well. We enjoy occasionally watching tv outside on cool fall evenings and the large automatic awning actually expands our living area outdoors.

While camping at a Colorado KOA, interstate on one side, and railroad tracks on the other, not a sound was heard inside the MH. New shocks make the ride controlled with no porpoiseing or harshness. Overall, Newmar makes an enjoyable vehicle at an affordable price.

Surround sound, outside entertainment center with TV and stereo, bedroom TV, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, large RV two door refrigerator with ice maker, water filtration System, washer and dryer, sleep number bed, lots of cabinets for storage throughout, new tires, new leveling system, and more. Everything works to our knowledge! We also love the onboard generator! This Motorhome drives and handles very nicely. The only reason we are selling this as we have our eyes on a brand new Motorhome.
