We purchased this and it hadn't been maintained well and needed tires. Once we went through it and cleaned it up we have had no issues. This was the most desirable coach in the high end quality we looked at. Everything about it was Top quality and luxury. Reliable and easy to drive compared to any gas coach we have ever been in. Best all round investment. Ours was a 400 diesel with the Allison transmission. I expect the best made as most people know. Highly recommend purchasing one if you want quality in craftsmanship and serviceability. A good used one through a private owner is best option if you want to save money in the purchase.

I have had repaired or repaired myself any maintenance problems I have had with the RV. The 6 batteries have been replaced since purchase of the RV in 2012. Both TV's have been replaced. Control panels on both the hot water heater and one furnace have been replaced. Any normal maintenance item needing repair has been repaired. The microwave/convection oven may need replacing in the future. One air conditioner was replaced. It has been well taken care of. The livability of the rig is as good today as it was when purchased new.

The stabilizers (levelers) are very touchy when I hit bumpy roads or a bump as the alarm sounds and then is hard to shut the alarm back off. The decals on the sides of the unit peel quite easily, especially of the side facing the sun where I am parked when not in use. Could use seat belts, either on the kitchen table bench seats or on the single seat, which should be attached to the floor to accommodate a seat belt. Good all around RV for our type of short period travelling and camping!
