Bought in 2016. This is a very solid unit. The quality used when building these back in 1999 was outstanding. The 300 HP Cat engine just keeps going and going. The only down fall is the 1 slide. You can still find parts for these older coaches....

We lived in this RV for a while and really enjoyed it. What was really great was the storage capacity of 5000 lbs. and with no under frame when one opens a compartment door, you have a generous space to store items. Many many MH cannot carry as much weight as this one and still be in the weight limits of the unit. Plus the slide out room has storage compartments or door that slide out with the room. No crawling under the slide out to remove items, like chairs, tables etc.

Basement AC, In-motion satellite system, washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, separate microwave/convection oven and regular oven, automatic leveling hydraulic jacks, built-in vacuum cleaner, 2000 watt inverter etc. The only downside for us is the size. A lot of the campsites in our area that we love are to small for our RV. At 40 feet long we can not fit in some of our favorite sites.
